How to use

Standing at 96.5 cm tall, The CORE Tower can be easily placed inside your Clearlight Infrared Sauna. Designed for central positioning, it provides a structured red light experience for personal use.

• When standing or sitting 15~25 cm from the red light, we recommend a 10-15 minute session.

• When sitting 30~46 cm away from the unit, we recommend a 20-30 minute session. This distance allows for the rejuvenation of your cells over a broader area, promoting an overall feeling of wellness.
